Terms of service

SNA Canada training · snalearn.com

These terms cover the use of the training site at snalearn.com, operated by SNA Canada.

Who may use it

Access is by invitation. You may sign in only with the account you were invited with, and only you may use it. Do not share your sign-in, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

The course material

The courses — video, narration, images, and written material — belong to SNA Canada. You may watch them for your own training. You may not download, copy, record, republish, or pass them to anyone outside the organisation without our written permission.

Training, not professional advice

The courses describe safe practice as we teach it. They are a guide for volunteers and do not replace the law, your local health authority's rules, or the instructions of the person leading your kitchen. Where they differ, follow the authority and tell us.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw a course, and may suspend or end anyone's access at any time — usually because they have left the organisation or no longer need the training.

Your conduct

Do not attempt to reach material you have not been given, interfere with the site, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
